Avocado toast with egg
Ingredients:
2 slices of toast
1 avocado
2 eggs
1/2 tsp paprika, divided
1/2 tsp chili flakes, divided (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Sriracha sauce (optional)
Instructions:
To start, place your bread in a toaster until golden brown.
For your avocado, peel off the skin and remove the seed. Place the fruit in a small blender or mash using a fork until a paste is formed.
In a small pan, add some oil and cook your eggs sunny side up. While it’s cooking, season the egg with salt, pepper, paprika and chili flakes (optional).
Spread the avocado paste on the toast. When the egg is done cooking, slide it on top of the toast.
Drizzle a sauce of your choice over the eggs (optional)
Serving suggestions: Salad, berries.
