Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients:
1 large tortilla
1 egg
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp butter
Topping options:
tomatoes
Bacon bits
Mushroom
Spinach
Cheese
Instructions:
In a medium pan, on medium heat, scramble your eggs and season with salt and pepper (optional: paprika and garlic powder).
Lay your tortilla and spread your mayonnaise.
Add your scrambled eggs and your remaining toppings on top. Wrap the burrito
Using a buttered pan or a grill, place your burrito and toast both sides until golden.
