Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp butter

  • Topping options:

    • tomatoes

    • Bacon bits

    • Mushroom

    • Spinach

    • Cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a medium pan, on medium heat, scramble your eggs and season with salt and pepper (optional: paprika and garlic powder).

  2. Lay your tortilla and spread your mayonnaise.

  3. Add your scrambled eggs and your remaining toppings on top. Wrap the burrito

  4. Using a buttered pan or a grill, place your burrito and toast both sides until golden.
