Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
Ingredients:
10-12 ice cream sandwiches
1 box of pound cake, vanilla or chocolate
1 cup milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
12 oz cream (قشطة)
2 packets of dream whip
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Nutella
Flake for topping
Instructions:
Cut pound cake into 12-15 slices.
In a 0”x0” pyrex/ceramic plate, lay out the pound cake slices. Pour the 1 cup of milk on top of the cake.
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Add the dream whip and heavy cream and beat on medium to high speed for 5-7 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of the cream mixture on the pound cake and spread evenly.
Add 1/2 cup Nutella to the remainder of the cream mixture and mix until combined.
Arrange the ice cream sandwiches neatly in the pyrex/ceramic plate. Pour the chocolate cream mixture on top of the ice cream sandwiches and spread evenly.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes before serving. Top with crushed flake chocolate.
