Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 ice cream sandwiches

  • 1 box of pound cake, vanilla or chocolate

  • 1 cup milk

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 12 oz cream (قشطة)

  • 2 packets of dream whip

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Nutella

  • Flake for topping

Instructions:

  1. Cut pound cake into 12-15 slices.

  2. In a 0”x0” pyrex/ceramic plate, lay out the pound cake slices. Pour the 1 cup of milk on top of the cake.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Add the dream whip and heavy cream and beat on medium to high speed for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Pour 1/3 of the cream mixture on the pound cake and spread evenly.

  5. Add 1/2 cup Nutella to the remainder of the cream mixture and mix until combined.

  6. Arrange the ice cream sandwiches neatly in the pyrex/ceramic plate. Pour the chocolate cream mixture on top of the ice cream sandwiches and spread evenly.

  7. Freeze for 20-30 minutes before serving. Top with crushed flake chocolate.
