Molten Chocolate Banana Cups
Ingredients:
2 extremely ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1/3 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175ºC. Line 12 paper cups.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the melted butter. Mix in the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Pour 1 1/2 tbsp of batter into each of the paper cups. Scoop 1 tsp of Nutella into the center of the batter. Pour 1 1/2 tsp of the remaining batter on top of the nutella in each cup. *
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
garnish with a pinch of cinnamon either before or after baking.
