Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 1/4 cup nutella

  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C. Prepare the pan by either buttering the pan or lining the pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Remove the sauce pan from the heat and mix in the nutella.

  4. Mix the sugar with the eggs and egg yolk until thick. Add the vanilla extract.

  5. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix until fully combined.

  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

  7. Pour the batter into a pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
