Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 5-7 cups cooked sushi rice

  • 2 tbsp sushi rice vinegar

  • 2 cans of tuna

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 2 tbsp soya sauce

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 cup chopped carrots

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

  • 1/2 cup edamame

    SAUCE

  • 1/4 cup mayonaise

  • 1 1/2 tsp sriracha

  • sesame seeds

    + any toppings of your choosing

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, sriracha, soya sauce and sesame oil. Make sure to break any large pieces of tuna. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  2. Add the sushi rice vinegar to the sushi rice and mix thoroughly. In Each bowl add 1-1 1/2 cups of sushi rice.

  3. For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha.

  4. Assemble your sushi bowl.
