Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl
Ingredients:
5-7 cups cooked sushi rice
2 tbsp sushi rice vinegar
2 cans of tuna
1 tsp sriracha
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup edamame
SAUCE
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 1/2 tsp sriracha
sesame seeds
+ any toppings of your choosing
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, sriracha, soya sauce and sesame oil. Make sure to break any large pieces of tuna. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Add the sushi rice vinegar to the sushi rice and mix thoroughly. In Each bowl add 1-1 1/2 cups of sushi rice.
For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha.
Assemble your sushi bowl.
