Honey Lime Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1lb medium shrimps, cleaned

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 lime, squeezed

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 3 large mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 small zucchini, sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan on medium high heat, heat the oil. Add the garlic, shrimp, salt, black pepper, paprika, honey and lime. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Cook the shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

  3. Place the shrimp in a bowl and keep the liquid in the pan. Add the vegetables and steam for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Mix in the shrimps and serve immediately.
