Ceaser Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 long lettuce

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp tahina

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp oregano/Italian herbs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup parmesan

  • croutons (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chop the lettuce into your preferred size, then place all into a large bowl.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Mix the sauce into the lettuce.

  • garnish with parmesan and croutons
