Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium potato

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp flour

Instructions:

  1. Chop up the potato into cubes.

  2. In a medium bowl, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, turmeric and flour. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.

  3. Place the potatoes in an air fryer at 200°C, for 15-20 minutes. Mix around the potatoes every 3-5 minutes.

  4. Optional - At the 15 minute mark, drizzle some olive oil on the potatoes and shake them and continue frying them.
