Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 bag fettucine
1 bag of medium shrimps
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan
Instructions:
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
In a pan, cook the shrimps with some oil and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes or until it’s cooked.
Remove the shrimps from the pan and set aside.
Add butter and crushed garlic to the shrimp pan until butter is melted and garlic slightly browns.
Mix in the heavy cream and parmesan, reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens.
Put the cooked pasta into the pan with the sauce and mix. Add in the shrimps and mix.
